Founded in 2010 and put into production on July 6, 2011, Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (Previously "Shanxi Haogang Forging Co., Ltd.") is specialized in the production of die forging parts for underground coal mining machineries, such as Armored Face Conveyor (AFC) & Beam Stage Loader (BSL), Powered Roof Support, Roadheader and Excavator,etc. The company is located in Beijing Industrial Park (East of National Road G209), Linyi County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, China. The company integrates R&D, production, sale and service as a whole. The company has a total staff member of 290 employees, of whom 40% have Bachelor Degree or above and 30% are engineering technicians, which forms an excellent and highly professional team .
Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has a plant footprint of more than 6.7 hectares, a total building area of more than 40,000 square meters and total assets of RMB 300 million. Its registered capital is RMB143.6 million. It is equipped with domestically cutting-edge roll forging machines, hot die forging press machines of 8000T; dual-disc friction press machines of 1000T, 2500T, 6300T, 8000T; hydraulic presses of 1000T, in total of 6 forging production lines. And the company brought in 2 lines of automated heat treatment, wagon heat furnaces, automated tip quenching equipment, shot blasting machines. Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. Invested and bought 40 CNC machining centers and more than 100 machining tools.
Its superior inspection and testing equipment reach domestically top level, including 2 units of fluorescent flaw detectors, 1 unit of ultrasonic flaw detector, universal material tester, impact tester, microstructure microscope, Brinell hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, spectrometer from Germany and 3-D scanner and so on.
The company is capable of producing 0.5-150kg of die forgings and has an annual capacity of 30,000 tons. Moreover, the company can independently design and manufacture forging dies.

Nowadays, Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has developed into a leading coal mining machinery forging parts manufacturer with the largest production scale, the most complete product varieties and the best quality in China. The leading products for Armored Face Conveyor and Roof Support like flight bars,straps, dogbones, E-shaped bolts,rack bars, rack bar supports sprockets and cylinder base, connectors etc, which have spread into 90% of the domestic face conveyor manufacturers and 80% of the coal mine terminal market. The company occupied 30% market share of face conveyor forging parts in China. Part of the face conveyor forging products are exported to Germany, Australia, Russia, Poland and other overseas markets. Shanxi Haogang is experienced in production of 405 kinds of forging products, including 137 kinds of flight bars, 31 types of E-shaped bolts, 42 kinds of straps, 31 types of dogbones, 33 kinds of rack bars, 13 kinds of rack bar supports, 7 kinds of chain connects, 8 kinds of shackle connector rings, 23 kinds of clamping blocks, and nearly 30 kinds of sprocket assemblies.
In 2018, Shanxi Haogang built a new production workshop for parts of coal mining face conveyor, and purchased large gantry CNC boring machine, full-automated welding robots and other equipment, mainly producing the middle trough, cable slot, gate and tail fame of face conveyors.
In 2019, Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. plans to invest nearly RMB 100 million to build a new plant. In the near future, through 3-5 years of development, Shanxi Haogang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. will become a world-class coal mining equipment manufacturer.
