1. The operator must be trained and related certificates, mastering of the face conveyor 's structure, performance, basic principle, know how to do maintenance and deal with general malfunction.
2. Check before starting the unit:
2.1) Check whether the face conveyor transmission device, motor, reducer, coupling, etc are in good condition.
2.2) Check whether the hydraulic coupling of fusible plug, explosion-proof pieces and good is normal.
2.3) Check whether each bolt is complete, tightened.
2.4) Check reducer are proper, the amount of oil,spill, oil leakage phenomenon occurred or not.
2.5) The flight bars, face conveyor chain, chain connectors and sprockets must be free of bending, deformation, torsional strength and eliminate the phenomenon such as jumping teeth.
2.6) Signal system must be clear, the operation button must be flexible.
